Since 2014 FG Restaurant has two Michelin Stars. The restaurant is run by master chef François Geurds, that introduced in the Netherlands the so called culinary laboratorium.


Restaurant Fred (**)

The two star restaurant Fred is run by master chef Fred Musterd. His cooking style is based on the classic French kitchen, but with his own twist.

Parkheuvel food

Parkheuvel (**)
Heuvellaan 21 
Restaurant Parkheuvel is situated in De Park close to the Euromast. In the French kitchen from chef Eric van Loo it’s all about quality. Parkheuvel was the first Dutch restaurant that obtained in 2002 three stars.


Amarone (*)

Short after the opening in 2007 Amarone obtained its first Michelin star. Classic French with a modern twist, that’s how chef Gert Blom self describes his cooking style.


Fitzgerald (*)
This modern restaurant has an excellent combination of dishes and an even better wine card. In 2017 Fitzgerald received its first Michelin star.  


Joelia (*)
Coolsingel 5 
Already in 2015, nine months after the opening, Joelia received a Michelin star. The dishes are described as creative and intensive with Japanese influences.


FG Foodlabs (*)
Katshoek 41
Beside FG Restaurant you find the more informal FG Foodlabs that obtained its first Michel star in 2014. FG Food Labs is the second Michelin restaurant from François Geurds in Rotterdam.


The Millèn (*)
Katshoek 41
Just 5 months needed The Millèn to obtain its first Michel star. The Millèn, run by chef Wim Severein, is residing in the Mariott-hotel.
